Did she do it? In her own words….
” Just a thought on my body transformation… Five months ago I set a goal on getting back to my pre pregnancy weight of 120. My whole life I have been pretty fit. My senior year in high school I found out I was pregnant with my first child- my daughter. By the time she turned one, my husband and I found out we were expecting baby number two 🙂 After two c-sections and two healthy children I was on the border line of obesity. Busy with being home maker, I never stopped to think about myself. Then one day when I noticed none of my clothes were fitting right- it was time for a change. I refused to buy size 9 pants and a size large in shirts.
One day my husband comes home from work and tells me that at 1 pm I have an appointment with a personal trainer. I was so happy my husband had my back . Shortly after my husband joined the army, I stayed home taking care of our two & one year old. Times got hard, but I remembered the goal I set and I wasn’t going to let anything or anyone keep me from achieving it. I had 10 weeks to get in tip top shape for when I was going to see my husband…. And I did it! I made it to my post pregnancy weight of 120 a size 3 in pants and a medium in shirts :))) And u might be thinking well what did our husband think??? He was so amazed that his wife set a goal and completed it. Googly-eyed and all he fell in love all over again.
Just because you’re a homemaker doesn’t mean everything else has to stop. The best advice I can give is to make a schedule and stick to it as best as possible. Set a goal and don’t let anyone get in the way of that goal. You are in control of your dreams- no one else.”
